What’s a holiday without a good breakfast? Our breakfast is rich and hearty. We make sure that on our breakfast buffet you’ll find many regional products whose origin we know and whose quality we are convinced of. Furthermore, there are home-made delights, for example, fresh bread, fruity jams and other delicacies from our own production. When putting together the breakfast, we are always guided by the wishes of our guests. Because a tour into the mountains or a trip on a mountain bike requires a very nutritious start into the day.
If you have booked your stay with half-board, our 4-course selection menu with salad buffet awaits you in the evening as a culinary highlight. For starters, main courses and desserts, there is always an equally delicious alternative. All dishes are personally prepared by our head of the house, Konrad, together with his daughter Patrizia. The exquisite combination of Mediterranean cuisine and South Tyrolean specialties has created the outstanding reputation of the cuisine in our 3-star hotel in the Pusteria Valley. But that’s not all: Once a week we organise a South Tyrolean evening with highlights of the local cuisine and a superb gala dinner. If the weather is nice, once a week there will be a hearty barbecue under the starry sky on our terrace.

As a 3-star hotel in the Pusteria Valley, we combine contemporary gastronomic style with traditional hospitality – a combination that unites palate and soul. Afterwards, you may round off the day with a select digestif at the inviting house bar.
